"Unsatisfactory Support Experience"
Fundbox offers a solid system that's pretty handy, but they really don't stick to their promises. They avoid phone calls and hardly ever follow up. I recently discovered that their system marked me as having missed a payment right from the start, even though it was their glitches causing the issue. This ain't exactly good faith when a customer is on the line, trying hard to sort things out.

"Terrible Funding Service for Small Enterprises"
We made every payment and finished our loan, yet they keep pulling our credit with no way to get those off our business account. They’ll turn you down for new funds based on their algorithms. Only one person picks up the phone, and it’s the same individual every single time. The last time they refused to give us funding, it was because of 'Inadequate performance in related Fundbox account.' So, just a heads up: if you’re making all your daily payments on time and pay off the full amount, they still call it 'Inadequate performance.' It’s nothing personal; it’s just a bunch of robots running the show.

"Fundbox is Amazing!"
I really dig Fundbox. We deal with numerous big REITs that pay out anywhere from a week to a month later. This line of credit has consistently helped us meet our payroll every week without any issues. Our company would be in a whole different place without this LOC.

"Don't fall for the promise of future loans at 50% paid off."
They say you can get more funding once you hit that 50% mark. I've been making my payments right on schedule, and now I'm sitting at just 25% of the total amount cleared, yet there's still no chance for extra cash. I went into this thinking they were being honest, so I paid off another loan and stocked up on inventory as I approached that 50% threshold.

"Don't Trust What Fundbox Sends You..."
You really shouldn't trust what you get from Fundbox; they're not being honest. They send out a bogus pre-approval letter for 150k, but once you fill in all the necessary details about your business and your personal info, plus link your business bank account, they hit you with an email saying you only qualify for a line of credit of just $1000, even though my credit score is at least 665. Honestly, it ain't worth the hassle of using their online portal and connecting your bank account. Just a heads up, be cautious out there.

Awesome way to boost your finances and create a solid financial connection. I really recommend that credit reporting be utilized to assist your clients in building their scores. It just ain't right that folks don’t get credit for settling their debts. I’m confident Fundbox has the capacity to report to credit agencies.
